CIC Update

Basically a super simple update that fixes a couple of things I didn't pick up until uploading the game:

• The Menus and HUD now scale properly with the screen, and hopefully shouldn't take up a good amount of the centre space.
• The hearts have been modified to a slightly darker colour so they don't blend in with the back flag.
